Additionally, our School Office Suite® of software programs for various school offices (school nurse, admissions, library, cafeteria, etc.) creates an integrated, school-wide system for records management. Overview of Administrator's Plus Features

INTEGRATED GRADEBOOK: Administrator's Plus is seamlessly integrated with GradeQuick gradebook, allowing  teachers to send attendance to the office simply by clicking on student pictures in the class photo seating chart.

INTEGRATED E-MAIL: With one click, e-mail any report to parents or staff, including great-looking report cards. Reports may be sent as a PDF attachment or as HTML in the body of the e-mail. Reports for students without an e-mail address are automatically printed.

REPORT WRITERS: Tired of programs that limit you to a few "canned" reports? Administrator's Plus' powerful report writers let you produce exactly what you want. Even include graphics.

SCHEDULE BUILDER: With 28 years of schedule building experience and features, our scheduling module lets you build virtually any kind of schedule with a single mouse-click. You will be amazed at the even balance between sections in multi-section courses.

SKILLS-BASED REPORT CARDS: Great looking report cards for schools of all levels that look exactly like you want.

PDA MODULE: Access student data, pictures, schedules and the information of your choice on a Windows® or Palm® device. Discipline data may even be entered and automatically synced back to Administrator's Plus.

EXCEL® WIZARD: With one click, any and all data can be viewed in EXCEL. Pivot tables can be created in seconds, allowing you to analyze enrollment statistics and more.

DISTRICT MODULE: Access and report on all of the schools in your district from a central location. Remote schools’ data may be accessed live over a WAN or automatically uploaded to the district office each evening.

ELECTRONIC PORTFOLIOS: Store documents in electronic folders for each student, including report cards, transcripts, art, music, class projects, parental letters and more. Create portfolios for staff as well.

OFFSITE BACKUP: Keep your data secure by automatically backing up your data to our servers each evening.

WEB ACCESS TO HOMEWORK, SCHEDULES AND MORE: Parents, students and teachers can securely view information over the web. Students may even enter their course requests online.

VIEW ALL MODULES AT ONCE: View a student's demographics, grades, schedules, discipline, attendance and billing data all at the same time. There is no need to switch from module to module.

EASY TO USE RIGHT CLICK TECHNOLOGY makes performing any task a breeze. Simply right click on an object to perform tasks relating to that object. For example, right click on a field label to change the field, add a new field or even to just change the color of the label. To print an honor roll, right click anywhere on the background and select Print, Report Cards and then Honor Rolls.

Note that Right clicking is not available in browser-based programs.

PICTURES & ID CARDS: Integrated picture and ID card module lets you take student pictures and design and print picture ID cards.  Also create photo directories or insert student photos into our GradeQuick teacher gradebook to create drag-and-drop seating charts.

WE HOST OR YOU HOST: We can host your data, allowing Administrator's Plus to be accessed by PCs or MACs from anywhere using the Internet.

SCHOOL WEB PORTAL: The complete online solution for schools. With our school web portal, powered by Edline, schools can easily, affordably and securely put the information of their choice online for access by staff, students and parents.

SECURELY USE THE GRADEBOOK FROM HOME: Using Edline, teachers may quickly enter grades from home using a fast application that is easily installed on their computers. This will prevent any student or hacker that knows or guesses a password from accessing gradebooks from any computer in the world.

ANY FIELD LOOKUP: Instantly lookup students by any field.
