Administrator's Plus's E-mail module is designed to save your staff time by automating time-consuming steps. Users can quickly write and send e-mail messages directly from the main Administrator's Plus screen simply by clicking on the QuickMail icon.

The E-mail Module easily transforms documents into HTML versions that retain all the formatting, fonts, graphics and logos of the original document. When your staff creates any letter, report, notice, report card or other document - they can select E-mail Enabled to create e-mailable versions. These are not attachments, but HTML versions of the actual document your staff creates. When it comes to school e-mail communications, nothing could be more professional!
Automatically create a PDF of any Administrator's Plus report directly from the print preview screen using the new Convert to PDF button. When you create PDF documents from Administrators Plus, virtually all of the formatting of the original printed report is preserved, making it possible to share electronic versions of Administrators Plus reports that look just as good as the printed version! Use this great new feature to backup all student transcripts in one file, create e-mail attachments, produce files for student portfolios, and more.

Book makes it a snap to create and manage groups of e-mail addresses
your school uses frequently. Administrator's Plus E-mail automatically
remembers which e-mail address to use for each document! When
your staff creates any letter, report or report card, they simply
select E-mail Enabled and save it.
Each time they generate that document again, Administrator's Plus automatically
addresses it to the recipients they had specified. If a staff
member composes an original letter - such as a school announcement
- they simply select the group from the Student and Staff
E-mail Contacts and instantly send a batch e-mail.
