• Notes - Save interview remarks and other notes. Since all notes are searchable, you can search by any criteria (e.g. identify all prospects whom you noted missed their interview).
• Record Financial Responsibility - Avoid confusion over which parent is financially responsible for payment. The Contact Information screen lets you clearly record which parent or guardian is financially responsible for a student. (For example, a candidate may live with his or her mother while the father bears primary financial responsibility for that child.
• Instant Look-ups - Save hours of time using the convenient “Show Groups” feature. Instantly run reports listing prospects, applicants, candidate and accepted students by any criteria.
• Date-Stamped Logging of Documents:  Easily verify receipt of applications, fees, transcripts, SAT scores, health records, financial aid forms, reference letters, and other documents. Log receipt of the document and record the date of arrival with one mouse click.
