Use our optional AP E-Mail to easily send them to parents and staff. • Put Billing Plus data online with our Edline school web center. • Optional add-on feature to import payments directly from the most widely used tuition management services: FACTS Management Company, SMART Tuition Services and TMS Tuition Management Systems.

Customized Tuition Plans • Create customized tuition plans: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or another system. Then, with a few simple steps, apply the appropriate billing plan to all students and pre-create their invoices for the entire year.  Although the invoices have been created, the program prints each appropriate invoice only as it becomes current.

Time-Saving Batch Entry Features • Convenient batch entry feature lets you batch enter charges and create invoices for groups of students athletic fees, field trips, lab fees, etc.). • Create an invoice that includes athletic fees for students involved in any sport. • Automatically add an interest debit to all of your school’s past due invoices.

Built-in, Customizable Billing Report Writer The powerful, built-in report writer lets you produce a wide range of customized billing-related letters, notices and reports using any information stored in Billing Plus and the Administrator’s Plus database: • Payment request letters and overdue account notices. • Invoices and customized invoices. • Financial reports and aging reports. • Statements - either single or combined (for families with several students). • Statement summary totals for students and/or families (using any criteria), aging reports, daily receipt reports, and reports categorizing receipts, charges, credits and debits for any date(s). Billing Plus already includes numerous, pre-defined statements, invoices and more. You can customize these, and also create your own. Save your customized templates for future use.

Easy-To-Use Billing Information The intuitive design organizes it all on one screen: Invoices, Future Charges, Advance Payments, Current Charges, Current Payments, Current Amount Due and Past Due Amounts.  Accessing invoices and other billing information is simple: • Easily call up any student’s record. • Simply highlight an invoice to view or edit its details. • Advanced security: Choose higher security settings to lock invoices from future editing. • The program calculates totals when payments are entered so no additional posting of payments is needed.

Anticipate Projected Annual Revenue • Use the report writer to obtain your projected revenue for the coming year. This amount includes both current and future amounts due. When statements are sent, you have the option of including the future charges amount so that parents will know what costs they need to anticipate.

Produce Statistical and Financial Reports • Produce sophisticated statistical reports analyzing and summarizing billing information by code (tuition, meals, lab fees), and financial statements summarizing billing information and projecting anticipated annual revenue. All documents can be customized using any information you specify from the database.

Integrated With Other Modules and Tuition Management Systems • As part of the Administrator’s Plus system, Billing Plus can draw upon information in other modules. • For instance, if your school uses scheduling or report cards modules, Billing Plus can automatically determine charges for books and course fees from students’ schedules and insert those charges into their billing records. • Optional add-on feature to import payments directly from TMS, FACTS and SMART tuition services.
