Sales Representative
Rediker currently has openings for Sales Representatives responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to close to customer retention, in an assigned territory. Reps are to work within the sales team for the achievement of revenue generation, customer responsiveness, and customer contact goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Aggressively generate new leads by contacting prospective accounts within assigned territory, and follow up on assigned new leads and referrals resulting from lead generation activities.
- Prepare presentations, sales quotations, cost analyses, and other documents required during the sales process.
- Attend conferences and presentations in various cities throughout the country as needed.
- Provide product demonstrations on-site and over the Internet.
- Develop a solid understanding of Administrator’s Plus and the other software products sold by Rediker Software.
Experience:
- Four year college degree.
- Knowledge of computer software and hardware.
- Two to four years sales experience; previous training in selling skills and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Graphics Designer
We are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. Located in beautiful Hampden, Massachusetts, our company develops and markets student information system (SIS) solutions to schools in all 50 states and over 100 countries. Responsibilities Include:
- Design advertising, brochures, sell sheets, direct mail, handouts, signage, web graphics and promotional materials.
- Design e-mail marketing campaigns for multiple audiences.
- Assist with development of materials for tradeshows and conferences, design exhibit signage.
- Maintain and report project status.
- Work closely with the marketing and web team, sales, and development departments.
- Gain and maintain familiarity with Rediker Software products, and those of competitors.
- Learn to use our flagship software products: Administrator’s Plus and Admissions Plus Pro.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least three years design experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience with corporate marketing initiatives, advertising, writing and design.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of commercial printing processes: art submission, press checks, proofing.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Quark, and Illustrator, all in a Windows environment, as well as Goldmine contact management software.
- Web, HTML and CSS experience required.
- Highly motivated, flexible, adaptable nature. Able to deal with different personality styles.
- Must have high energy, a strong work ethic, and be available to work non-standard hours during peak seasons. (A highly developed sense of humor is also a plus.)
