As the heart of our integrated student information system, Data Base Plus saves your staff hours on time-consuming data entry and record-keeping.  When your staff enters student information into the database, that information appears through all Administrator's Plus modules and any programs used by your school (scheduling, attendance, discipline, grading, cafeteria, library, health records, tuition billing, admissions, accounting, development, and more).

Data Base Plus was designed to be the most user-friendly student data base available.

• Each user can customize its layout and navigation to suit their unique job responsibilities and preferences.
• If a user deals primarily with specific types of records, they can customize their screen to emphasize those fields.
• During repetitive data entry tasks such as student enrollment, the secretary can customize her screen to display only the information provided by parents on enrollment forms. She can even display the fields in the same order they appear on paperwork.
• If another user deals primarily with records specifically for honors, clubs and sports, he or she can customize their screen to emphasize those specific fields.

The built-in report writer lets you design any kind of letter, label, report or other document inserting any information from Data Base Plus. The types of reports you can produce is limited only by your imagination: View sample reports

Multi-Language Feature

The report writer supports multiple languages for many reports. For example, print tardy letters in Spanish and other languages for students who come from non-English speaking households.

Student Data Online

Student information stored in Data Base Plus can easily be made available online via either our APWeb program or Edline. With the easy-to-use Edline school web portal, your school can put any information from the database online for access by the authorized groups (administrators, teachers, parents, students, school community, etc.).

E-mail Any Document

When used with the optional E-Mail module, users can easily format any letter, notice or report for e-mailing. The sophisticated e-mail program detects which students have e-mail addresses listed in Data Base Plus, then e-mails that document to families with e-mail addresses, while rerouting it to the printer for traditional mailing to families without e-mail addresses on record.

Sort and Analyze Information

As a robust student database, Data Base Plus includes complete sorting and analysis capabilities to recall, sort and print your school's records. Quickly get a total count on any information in the database.

• For example, print a breakdown of each homeroom by age, gender or race.

Data Base Plus’ sorting and reporting capabilities extend to all other modules, which can also produce reports sorting information from your database.

• For example, print report cards sorted by homeroom for easy distribution. Then print another batch sorted by guidance counselor.
