E-Portfolios: Store Student Documents in Computer "File Cabinets"
The Administrator's Plus e-portfolio module allows users to store students' and staff documents in electronic folders. Think of the digital portfolio feature as a computerized "file cabinet". Just as schools can collect and store folders of students' paper records in physical file cabinets, the electronic portfolio feature acts as an electronic file cabinet, allowing schools to collect and manage digital versions of students' documents.

The Portfolio feature gives schools a secure, centralized area to collect and store folders of students' documents. Portfolios can hold almost any type of file, including report cards, transcripts, art, music, class projects, parent letters, pictures, and (with sufficient storage space) sound clips and movie clips of a student's recitals, plays or speeches. Each student's portfolio becomes an important part of their educational record.
