Administrator's Plus Email is our module for emailing your Administrator's Plus reports and letters. The program's range of convenient features will also save staff time handling repetitious tasks by automating frequent communications between the school and staff and/or families. In fact, our email module provides so many great new and unique features that "email" only begins to describe its capabilities:
Administrator's Plus Email Features
- Save on rising postal costs! Skip the mail and email correspondence instead. Email database reports, letters to parents, attendance notices, report cards and more to parents. Saves money on ink and paper as well.
- Email your Administrator's Plus reports, letters, notices, schedules, report cards, and other documents created in Administrator's Plus.
- Create PDFs of reports, notices, report cards and other documents to send as email attachments.
- Save copies of the PDFs produced in our email module in our new Portfolio feature.
- Send staff members the daily attendance bulletin each day with one mouse click.
- Simply click on the QuickMail icon on Administrator's Plus' main screen to write and send email messages.
- Stores which email addresses you last used for each letter, notice or report.
- As the program sends batch email to students with email addresses, it automatically determines which students do not have email addresses and prints those documents for traditional mailing.
- The convenient Address Book feature creates email addresses by groups of students, parents and staff.
