Easy Synchronizing
The
Sync Manager allows you to easily select the Administrator’s
Plus data you want on your Palm. At the end of the day, users
can return their devices to the cradle and watch as their handheld
is automatically synched new data back to Administrator's Plus.
Simple setup "profiles" make this process process.
Student / Staff Database
Choose
any of Administrator's Plus’ database fields to transfer
to your Windows®
or Palm ®*
device. (Please refer to
Data Base Plus for details about
the wide array of fields available to choose from.)
Schedules
View
schedules on Palms in line or grid format. As an especially useful
security feature, the grid schedule automatically highlights
the class the student should be in during the current period.
If you need more information about that course, simply select
the highlighted block to display course details.
Hall
Monitors: Need to know where a student should be? Quickly access
attendance and scheduling information anywhere on campus. Grid
schedules highlight the class a student should be in at that
time.

Discipline
Discipline
incidents appear on the Pocket PC®
and Palm ®
powered devices the same way they appear when viewing incidents
in Administrator's Plus. Simply select an incident to view detailed
information about that infraction.
The module also
allows you to enter information about disciplinary infractions
directly into Palms on the scene of incidents.
Enter new incidents
into a Palm using the same screen you use when entering incidents
into Administrator's Plus. Incidents appear with a “P”
in the student's incident list to indicate that this is a pending
entry. At the end of the day, discipline information can be synced
back to Administrator's Plus and saved in the involved students’
records.

Daily and Period Attendance
Attendance
information can be viewed on Palm devices in either Calendar
View, Register Code View or Attendance Code View. Coming soon:
Enter attendance directly into hand-held devices and transfer
that attendance data back into Administrator's Plus later.
Grades
Users
have the option to view all report card columns or individual
columns from Report Cards Plus to Palm devices, as well as GPA
information, if desired. Additionally, you have the option of
viewing skills information and report card narratives.*
