• Emergencies: In the unfortunate event of an emergency, whether a natural disaster, fire, severe weather, school violence or individual health issue, phone numbers and parent contact information are instantly available.
• Fire Drills: Quickly check the attendance status of any student during fire drills.
• Photo Identification: Include staff and student pictures with data to let staff verify students’ identities anywhere on campus. You can also link family pictures for increased security, particularly during after school pick-ups.
  
• Hall Monitors: Need to know where a student should be? Quickly access attendance and scheduling information anywhere on campus. Grid schedules highlight the class a student should be in at that time.
• Coaches: Provides athletic staff with fast access to athletes’ emergency and parental contact information.
• Field Trips: Lets field trip leaders take along emergency and parental contact information for immediate access in the event of an emergency.

• Student/Staff Database: Choose any of the Administrator's Plus database fields to view in the AP Mobile App, including contact database fields and alert fields.
• Discipline & Incident Reporting: View previous infraction details and add new incidents while at the scene of the incident. Attach a photo taken with your mobile device to the incident. Track bullies and victims to run reports that comply with anti-bullying mandates.
• Schedules: View student schedules in line format. As an especially useful security feature, the mobile app automatically highlights the class the student should be in during the current period.
• Grades & Narratives Observe how a student is performing in his/her classes. View grades, skills, narratives and GPA information.

Wipe data from any lost or stolen device with the enhanced security manager program. Data on a device is encrypted and cannot be accessed without connecting briefly to the internet. If indicated that the device should be shut off, all data will be removed. In case of travel, specify that the device is allowed to operate for up to a week without checking the internet.
