Pictures Plus ID cards take away the drudgery of recording and processing tardy and absent students. As students enter school late, they report to the office and swipe their ID cards. Daily Attendance Plus reads the bar codes, changes "absent" to "tardy," automatically records the time, and prints a tardy form to admit them to class. Pictures Plus creates photos that teachers can easily drag-and-drop into teacher-customizable class seating charts in GradeQuick. By simply clicking on students’ photos on-screen, teachers send a record of absent and tardy students to the office to automatically update school attendance records.
