Record Tardy Students With a Scan Pictures Plus ID cards take away the drudgery of recording and processing tardy and absent students. As students enter school late, they report to the office and swipe their ID cards. Daily Attendance Plus reads the bar codes, changes "absent" to "tardy," automatically records the time, and prints a tardy form to admit them to class. Processing late students has never been faster or simpler!

Easily Capture Student and Faculty Photos • Pictures Plus makes taking student photos easier than ever. Simply snap pictures of students using a camcorder, video camera or webcam connected to your computer. After you’ve saved students' photos, they appear along with students' demographic information in the database. • If your school uses School Office Suite programs, the photos also appear throughout their records. School Office Suite programs include GradeQuick gradebook, QSP cafeteria, Concourse library, and SNAP school nurse.

Record Attendance Using "Drag-and-drop" Seating Charts • Teachers can save valuable class time by using picture seating charts and the GradeQuick grade book software. Pictures Plus creates photos that teachers can easily drag-and-drop into teacher-customizable class seating charts in GradeQuick. By simply clicking on students’ photos on-screen, teachers send a record of absent and tardy students to the office to automatically update school attendance records.
