Our staff consists of former education professionals (including the CEO and CFO): principals, guidance counselors, technology coordinators, teachers and school secretaries - making us uniquely attuned to the needs of educators.
Similarly, the Rediker Software technical support staff is comprised of dedicated professionals: former educators, guidance counselors and technology specialists who truly care about our customers, and who take time to assure user satisfaction. Company History

Founder and CEO Richard Rediker began the development of school administrative software 28 years ago based upon a need he saw at the high school where he taught chemistry and was a class advisor.
Today, Rediker Software employs nearly 100 people and is headquartered in a 33,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Hampden, Massachusetts. Our other branch offices are located in Thailand, Ecuador and India. Rediker Software products are used by thousands of schools in every state and in 100 countries.

For the past twelve years, the company has been named to the "SUPER 60" list of fastest-growing privately held companies in Western Massachusetts. Rediker Software was recently selected as a 2006 Mass Technology Leadership Council Award finalist.
