Company History
Founder and CEO Richard Rediker began the development of school administrative software 30 years ago based upon a need he saw at the high school where he taught chemistry and was a class advisor.
Today, Rediker Software employs nearly 100 people and is headquartered in a 33,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Hampden, Massachusetts. Our other branch offices are located in Thailand, Ecuador and India. Rediker Software products are used by thousands of schools in every state and in 110 countries.
For the past thirteen years, the company has been named to the "SUPER 60" list of fastest-growing privately held companies in Western Massachusetts. Rediker Software was recently selected as a Mass Technology Leadership Council Award finalist.
