At the end of each marking period, enter grades into Report Cards Plus manually or with an optical scanner. Specially designed forms enable the program to scan grades with a single-step process. As the form passes through the scanner, each student's record is updated. Nothing more has to be done before you print report cards! Grade entry scan forms can be sorted by teacher or sections as they are printed for easy distribution.
Use the built-in, fully customizable report writer to design almost any type of report card. Place objects, such as watermarks, graphics and signatures where you want. Create your own designs, or save time with our ready-to-use templates. Create report cards in a variety of formats including portrait, landscape, folded, legal-size and multiple-page. Print report cards either on plain paper or pre-printed forms.
With our optional Standards/Skills module, you can customize standards/skills
to meet your needs, then design and print skills-based report
cards for any grade level (PK-12) or any type of school. View

Design and produce customized report cards which include whatever information you choose: narratives, the number of marking periods, midyear grades, final exam grades, final grade, attendance histories, etc.
- Customize your report cards and transcripts with your logo, watermark, and other graphics.
- Produce skills-based report cards for any grade level.
- Print report cards in multiple formats - landscape, portrait, legal-size and multi-page.
- Print transcripts, listing all courses a student has ever taken, sorted by year or department.
- Print honor roll certificates.
Include unique narrative comments and generic pre-defined comments on report cards. Teachers enter narratives using any word processor and submit them to the office via the network or floppy disks. Produce report cards collating narratives from multiple teachers. Include up to two pre-defined comments per course, per marking period.
Print customized transcripts either in "standard" or "semester" format, organizing students' courses by department, listing courses under each subject or in the order they were taken. Students' rank in class and course credits earned can also be included on transcripts. Grades can also be printed on transcript labels to use with other transcript forms.
Report Cards Plus handles honor roll and class rank tasks quickly and easily. Calculate GPAs, determine which students qualify for the honor roll, and print the honor roll and certificates. You define the criteria used to calculate honor roll eligibility. For instance, determine eligibility using customized course weights or equal course weights. Have higher level courses weighted more heavily; omit certain courses from consideration; use a specific GPA range or letter grade range; omit students with an incomplete; omit students who took too few courses, and so on.
Save time and money using our optional e-mail module to convert report cards to PDFs and e-mail them as attachments to parents. Report cards for those students whose parents do not have e-mail addresses are automatically printed for traditional mailing.
Produce time-saving searches and reports, from reports on students receiving a particular grade or range of grades, to grade distribution reports showing the number and percentage of each grade given by an individual teacher or by course and department. Draw upon student data to produce almost any type of letter, from personalized letters for students making the honor roll to notification letters to those with a failing grade.
- Include narratives on report cards simply by entering them with a word processor or GradeQuick.
- Customize report card column names ( 1st quarter, Term 1 ).
- Print Manual Grade Entry Forms and other forms to save teachers time and work.
- Use wild card grades, such as 'S', 'O' , 'U', and set corresponding quality points.
