Smarter Student Contact Management: Easily link a contact's information to multiple students and customize reporting based upon the relationships.
This global database for contacts means that information stored here is available to all Administrator's Plus users throughout your school or district. A contact is anyone who has a relationship to a student (mother, father, aunt, neighbor, doctor, etc.) Enter the contact only once in the database and you will be able to link that contact's information to other students in the school or district, without data re-entry.
In addition to the global aspect, there is a local aspect as well. Based on the relationship the contact has to the student, you can determine what reports that contact will receive. This can vary from student to student for the same contact.

- Resizeable Windows and Content: Data Base Plus can be comfortably viewed in a wide range of monitor sizes and resolutions. When you resize windows, the program proportionally resizes window content so that all information remains visible, without scroll bars.
