About Our Technical Support

We make outstanding customer support our priority. In fact, Rediker Software has enjoyed a reputation for providing the best toll-free support in the industry. Due to that commitment, Rediker Software has developed a superb technical support team backed by a state-of-the-art phone system. When Administrator's Plus users call, they aren't expected to leave an e-mail or phone message and wait days for assistance. Our customers call our toll-free number and speak directly with a technical support specialist. When our customers have questions, they get immediate answers.

If during peak seasons, you don't reach a technical support person immediately, our phone system allows you to leave your phone number and maintain your position in the queue. The phone system automatically dials you back to put you in direct contact with a technician. Rather than waiting on hold, you are free to continue your duties. Our goal is simple. We strive to have all calls answered with no wait for the customer or a maximum waiting time of five minutes. In peak times, our phone system avoids customers having to wait on hold.
