Beginners Track
This three day track is for the those just getting started with Administrator's Plus. Over the three days you will learn valuable skills to help save time and money for your school.
Day 1
Data Base Plus
This session will introduce the user to Administrator's Plus and will cover the main screens and features of the Data Base module.
Day 2 (choose one)
Daily Attendance
This session will cover the main screens and features of the Attendance Module. Primary focus will be on daily attendance (not period attendance).
Billing Plus
This session will cover the main screens and features of the Billing module.
Schedule Building
This session will introduce the new user to building the school's master schedule.
Day 3 (choose one)
Report Card Modules for K-8 Schools
This session will introduce the user to the Report Card Module for educators at elementary and middle schools.
Report Card Modules for 9-12 Schools
This session will introduce the user to the Report Card Module for educators at high schools.
GradeQuick "Train the Trainers"
This session will cover the main screens and features of GradeQuick as teachers would use the program.
Report Writing Track
This three day track is for an intermediate level Administrator's Plus user with beginner level reporting writing skills. Over the three days you will learn valueable skills, quintessential to creating useful and in-depth reports for your school.
Day 1
Report Writing Track Level 1
Participants will learn how to search, sort, create and save queries & groups, and learn report generating skills that can be used in all modules throughout the program.
Day 2
Report Writing Track Level 2
This session will build on the skills learned in the Level I class. This session will briefly review the basic codes learned in the Level I class, and then cover more intermediate report writing codes.
Day 3
Report Writing Track Level 3
This session will build on the skills learned in the Level I and Level II classes. It will cover more advanced report writing codes including: the family directory, course table box code, GPA codes, honor roll box code and department credit code as time permits.
