Online Training

Online Training Instructions   Preparing to Join an online session Go to http://rediker.webex.com on the computer you will be using to join a mini-support session. Click on New User. Follow the prompts and allow the downloading and installing of the Webex Client setup. (NOTE: If your network does not allow the automatic downloading of files, go to  http://rediker.webex.com and click on support, then click on Download Webex Installer.  You must then run the installer after downloading it to your computer.) Once you have run through the New User setup, that particular computer is ready to join a mini-support session. To listen to the audio portion of the session and to be able to ask questions, you must have a phone available for use during the session. NOTE: IF YOU USE A PHONE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET FOR THE SESSION, YOU MUST HAVE A 2ND PHONE AVAILABLE AS WELL.
