Online Bill Payments for Billing Plus
Streamline payment processing by integrating online payments with Administrator's Plus. With our new Online Bill Payments for Billing Plus, parents and sponsors can view and pay all invoices online. Simply use the Dispatch Center to email invoices to contacts designated as the bill payer for each student. These contacts can be Household or Non-Household contacts. The email accompanying the invoice will contain a link to pay online. Each contact can always see all of their invoices online, which have been paid, and any payment details. Single statements can be e-mailed to each contact summarizing the charges for each student for whom they are responsible. These students can be in their household or in a different household.
Online Forms in Administrator's Plus
Administrator's Plus Online Forms is a unique product allowing you to easily create online forms to be filled in by your constituents. Your forms can contain data from your Administrator's Plus Data Base fields, Contacts or Super Data Base tables.
