Meet Anty Kailola, wife, mother, foodie, coupon queen and Customer Success Manager at Rediker. Learn more about Anty and what her job at Rediker entails in this month's Meet the Rediker Software Family.

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your family?

Anty: I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia but spent most of my childhood in a small mining town in West Papua. When I was 16, I was given this wonderful opportunity to attend high school in Vermont. Long story short, I ended up establishing a new life in this part of the world.

Now I have my own little family. My husband and I have been married for nine years, and we are blessed with two boys – Evans who is eight years old, and Aiden who is three years old. We do everything together, and it’s fun to be the lady of the house! The rest of our families are still in Indonesia, so we get to have our family adventure every now and then when traveling back to visit.

How did you come to work for Rediker Software?

Anty: Although I’ve done internships here and there, Rediker was my first and only real job. I came here right after I graduated from Bay Path College (now University), which is just 15 minutes away from our office in Hampden, MA. There was an ad posted at the college, I applied, and the rest is history. This month marks my 12th year at Rediker.

Wow, 12 years, congrats! What positions have you held at the company and what is your current role?

Anty: Thank you! I started in technical support and then moved to sales. Recently, I was promoted to Customer Success Manager. My job is to make sure customers have a positive experience from the beginning of the sales process all the way through implementation.

What do you like most about working at Rediker?

Anty: I love the people I work with and our customers. I consider them my extended family. Of course, there are other perks that make work fun and enjoyable– like Popcorn Wednesday, the birthday wheel, summer barbecue and various contests. Recently, I won the ugliest sweater contest and years ago, I won the watermelon eating contest. Hah!

What are you excited about?

Anty: I am excited about the future of Rediker Software. We have great leadership and product innovations. As I’ve grown with the company in the last 12 years, I’ve seen the changes in educational technology and how we continually strive to adapt to the latest and greatest.

Can you share an interesting fact about yourself?

Anty: Other than being a foodie, I am a coupon queen! Although you won’t ever see me in those extreme couponing TV shows, I love grocery shopping and saving money. It’s all about shopping smart. On some very rare occasions, I have actually saved over 100 percent, meaning I made a profit by shopping. But in general, I usually save about 60 percent.
