Designed to help administrators instantly connect with their school communities, AdminPlus Notify gives schools the ability to easily send out mass notifications to thousands of students, parents and staff via text, voice and email in just a matter of minutes.
Since AdminPlus Notify allows for direct communication via multiple channels at once, the program is ideal for notifying parents and students of critical information. AdminPlus Notify can be used for school cancellations and delays, emergency alerts, news updates, events, and attendance notification.
Unlike other notification systems, AdminPlus Notify resides directly in the school’s student information system. Therefore, no exporting of data is involved when creating a notification. The contact data being used is always in real-time so schools are not only able to send out notifications more quickly but also more accurately.
After a notification is sent out, administrators can use the program’s built-in reporting tool to view message delivery status and see which contacts, if any, weren’t able to receive the notification.
