For the 25th consecutive year, Rediker Software was honored with the Super 60 Award for total revenue by the Springfield Regional Chamber. Now in its 30th year, the Springfield Regional Chamber Super 60 program celebrates the success of the fastest-growing and strongest privately-owned businesses in the region. Rediker was one of 30 companies recognized for total revenue.
To be considered for the Super 60 awards, companies must be privately owned, based in Hampden or Hampshire County or a part of the Springfield Regional Chamber, be in business for at least three years, and produce revenues of at least $1 million in the last fiscal year. The selection process is secret, and actual revenue numbers are never released.
According to Chamber President Nancy Creed this years’ winners contributed more than $27 billion to our economy. She noted that the new generation of businesses in the area include a craft brewery, among others. “This year’s winners indicate that our regional economy is strong and reflects the diverse nature of our industries,” she said in a prepared statement. This year’s winners are from 21 communities across the region and represent all sectors of the economy, including real estate, transportation, sports, dining and entertainment, insurance, energy, health care, technology, manufacturing, retail, and service.
