Rediker Software today announced the release of Online Bill Payments, empowering parents from schools using the Administrator’s Plus student information system to pay school invoices electronically. The new feature is part of Administrator's Plus Online Forms, a service that enables parents to go online for registration, demographic verification and completion of school forms.
Designed to give schools an easy and affordable option to receive payments, Online Bill Payments saves schools time and money in multiple ways. First, it relieves schools from having to print and mail invoices home to parents. Once the school creates an invoice in Billing Plus, the billing module within Administrator’s Plus, the parent will receive an e-mail notification with the invoice and a link to pay online.
Second, Online Bill Payments saves schools hours of time in processing payments, as payments are no longer manually entered. When parents submit payment using Online Bill Payments, Billing Plus is automatically updated to reflect those payments. Parents have the option of securely submitting payment via credit card, checking or PayPal.
Schools can also use Online Bill Payments for collection of fees attached to re-enrollment, boarding, activities, sports, field trips and meal plans.
