The new PlusPortals seamlessly integrate with the company’s student information system, Administrator’s Plus, and teacher gradebook, TeacherPlus Gradebook. As a result, school administrators and teachers can instantly share out grades, attendance, discipline, schedules, billing and more, to parents and students without having to upload or sync data.

To ensure a pleasant online user experience, Rediker Software utilized the latest HTML5 web technology to design ParentPlus, StudentPlus and TeacherPlus. Parents, students and teachers can log into the portals directly from the school’s website and parents only need one login to access data on all of their children. Portals can even be branded to match the school’s website to create a smooth user experience. Data is presented in real-time with interactive dashboards to display student grades and progress.

Other PlusPortals features include personalized combined calendars, class pages, school announcements and alerts, email and messaging capability, electronic portfolios, online course requests, a school directory, school surveys, homework assignments and homework submittal.
In the future, Rediker Software plans to add a seamless connection to its Online Forms portal - mobile apps for parents, students and teachers - as well as a more comprehensive online interactive classroom with class discussions, online quizzes and automatic grading.
