More Information About Our Support Options

Phone Support

During our regular business hours, you can reach technical support toll free at 800-882-2994. If you don't immediately reach a support technician, you can choose not to wait on hold. Our phone system allows you to leave your number and maintain your position in our queue. We'll call you back as soon as a technician is available.

Email Support

Emails that come in before 3:00 PM EST will be answered the same day they arrive. Emails that arrive after that time will be answered before noon the next day. Please email us with your full name, school name, zip code (or city and country), version number of the product you are inquiring about, and a description of your issue. Please include a phone number, preferably your cell number, where you can be reached if we need to call you with questions. Please be specific when describing your problem. The details that you include enable us to promptly send you the most likely solution to the issue.

Urgent requests: If your question is truly urgent, such as the report cards you need to print today are not printing, put "URGENT" at the beginning of your subject line.

Online Support and Training

Support and training are now also available over the internet via WebEx. WebEx is an online service that enables our support staff to access your computer with your permission to view and correct your settings.
