Welcome to Rediker Software's customer support website. Our company enjoys a reputation for providing the finest technical support in the school administrative software industry.

Superb Toll-Free Phone Support

We make top quality customer support our priority. During our regular business hours, you can reach technical support toll free at 800-882-2994. If you don't immediately reach a support technician, we will never make you wait on hold. Our phone system allows you to leave your number and maintain your position in our queue. We'll call you back as soon as a technician is available.

Domestic and International E-Mail Support

Even though our Hampden, MA office is open until 6:30 EST, we know how difficult it can be to contact us if there is a large time zone difference for your school. To provide better service to you, we now have an e-mail support option for both our domestic and international customers.

The process is simple and will allow a knowledgeable support specialist to respond to you outside of our normal business hours. Just follow these instructions:

  • E-mail us with your full name, school name, zip code (or city and country), version number of the product you're inquiring about, and a description of your issue. Be specific when describing your problem. The details that you include enable us to promptly send you the most likely solution to the issue.
  • An automatic response will be sent, saying that the e-mail has been received and will be answered by the end of the next business day.
  • In the e-mail response, you will receive a call ticket number. If for some reason the solution is not successful, you can call our customer support with this number.
  • If the technician feels that the solution is too complex to describe in an e-mail, someone will call you the next business day.

Online Support and Training

Support and training are now also available over the Internet via WebEx. WebEx is an online service that enables our support staff to access your computer with your permission to view and correct your settings.
