Information we collect
We collect certain information about users, including “Personal Information”, in order to fulfill our lawful business interests.
Information collected through the Website
Through our web forms on our website, we collect:
- Job Title
- Address Information
- School Name
- Phone Number
We also collect information automatically through the Website. This may include information such as your IP address and domain name, your location as inferred from your IP address, your internet service provider, the date and time of your visit to the Website, the URLs from the websites you visit before and after navigating to the Website, your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system and browser type, and your software and hardware attributes (including device IDs). How do we use your information?
We may use the data we collect to:

How do we protect your information?
We offer a high-level of security and have implemented policies and procedures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of users’ personal information. No system for safeguarding personal or other information is 100 percent secure. However, we take many steps to safeguard the security of personal information. Our firewalls are configured in redundancy to protect the flow of outbound and inbound traffic with real-time scanning. We employ IPS/IDS (Intrusion Prevention System/Intrusion Detection System) for deep traffic inspection and have rules in place to block threats. We use Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) which provides authentication and strong encryption.
Third-Party Analytics and Targeted Advertising
We partner with certain third parties to collect information to engage in analytics, auditing, research, and reporting. These third parties may use web logs, or similar online tracking mechanisms, and they may set and access cookies on your computer or other device.
We utilize Hotjar and Lead Liaison to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Both sites offer a service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. In no case will we sell or license personal information to third parties, except as required or permitted by law. For example, we may sell, assign or share personal information in connection with certain business transactions, such as the acquisition of all or substantially all our company assets. Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Children's Online Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

- the right to request deletion of your Personal Information or object to its processing;
- the right to portability – to move, copy or transmit personal data from one IT environment to another; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with us or, as applicable, with a supervisory authority.
