Founded by Educators for Educators

In 1979, founder and CEO Richard Rediker was a high school chemistry teacher in need of a better way to keep track of class attendance. Rediker set forth to write his own software program that addressed this issue without having to rely on paper and pencil.

After successfully establishing this pioneer program at his own school and discovering just how useful a tool it could be for other schools, the software was developed further and fine-tuned into the full student information system, Administrator's Plus, also known as AdminPlus.

Today, Rediker Software employs nearly 100 people and is headquartered in a 33,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Hampden, Massachusetts. Our other branch offices are located in Ecuador and India.

Our Philosophy

Rediker Software prides itself in providing outstanding service to schools. Our products are designed by educators for educators. Our staff consists of former education professionals: (including the CEO and CAO) principals, guidance counselors, technology coordinators, teachers, and school secretaries - making us uniquely attuned to the needs of educators.

Similarly, the Rediker Software technical support staff is comprised of dedicated professionals: former educators, guidance counselors and technology specialists who truly care about our customers, and who take the time to assure user satisfaction. Our vision for the 21st century is to continue to provide schools with unsurpassed service and the finest quality software through investment in development and innovation.

A Family Owned and Operated Business

Rediker Software is proud to be a family owned business that answers, not to stockholders or investors, but only to its customers. In June 2013, Richard Rediker's son-in-law, Andrew Anderlonis, was appointed President of Rediker Software. A visionary, Anderlonis is bringing Rediker Software to the next generation by utlizing latest technologies to develop what schools will need not just tomorrow, but in 5 to 10 years down the road as well. Rediker's wife, Gayle Rediker, is the CAO and his daughter, Amy Anderlonis, is also involved with the company.

I look forward to leading Rediker Software into the next generation while continuing to provide our schools with the best educational technologies through our push towards innovation in education."
