  • How can a school be financially supported by Clad?

    After applying and completing the registration, Clad will meet with your school and confidentially undergo a data analysis. If approved, your institution will receive financial support and guaranteed income from Clad.

  • What are the requirements to qualify for support?

    Clad’s financial support is intended for schools serving all grades from preschool to 12th grade.

  • What is Clad’s payment structure?

    Each school has a unique profile and needs. Clad will confidentially review your school’s history and data, and will calculate a fair take rate on tuition and fees (always lower than your school’s late payments ratio).

  • Does Clad charge students or their families?

    No. There are no account or transaction fees for families for their tuition and fee payments.

  • Is it worthwhile even for schools with very low default rates?

    Yes. The fee is calculated based on the school’s profile. Therefore, a school with low default rates will have an attractive fee with Clad. With the financial support, the school gains predictability, stability, and security, receiving extra funds. This allows for improved cash flow, long-term strategic planning, and the realization of projects such as renovations, expansions, new materials, and other improvements.

  • If a defaulting student leaves the school, who assumes the loss?

    In cases where defaulting students leave, the loss is borne by Clad.
