About the Workshop
This is an online workshop designed to train you on the use of our Super Deluxe Schedule Builder in
AdminPlus Classic. The Master Schedule Building (MSB) Workshop lasts for three days. The first training day is an optional schedule building preparation session. The second and third training days are for the main Master Schedule Building sessions. Register to attend by filling out the
form provided.
Session Breakdown:
Schedule Building Prep Session - This is an optional session recommended for first-time builders, although everyone is welcome. Choose a morning or afternoon time slot:
- Morning Session: Tuesday, March 25 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET
- Afternoon Session: Tuesday, March 25 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm ET
Master Schedule Building (MSB) Sessions - You must attend both training sessions listed below:
- Session 1 (Part 1) - Wednesday, March 26 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET)
- Session 2 (Part 2) - Thursday, March 27 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET)

Your Presenter:
Susan Reid: Susan used the Schedule Builder as a customer and is currently the schedule building expert on our training staff. She has worked with Rich Rediker for the past 6 years and has earned the privilege of conducting the Master Schedule Building workshops! Her approach will help you have the confidence to build your own schedules for years to come.
Training Details and Requirements:
- These are 3-hour virtual sessions designed to train you on the use of our Super Deluxe Schedule Builder Utility in the classic version of AdminPlus.
- Course requests (this includes any course, even if it's not "requested") are required to start the scheduling process. Please let us know in the registration form how your school collects your course requests - manually or through the PlusPortals.
What You Will Learn:
Schedule Building Prep (Optional)
The Schedule Building Prep session will be geared toward first-time builders, although everyone is welcome. The session will be at a slower pace allowing time for questions and hands-on interaction!

Session 1 - Master Schedule Building (Part 1)
This is the first of two sessions for our Master Schedule Building Training Workshop. We will review schedule building preparation tasks and then jump right in to the Super Deluxe Schedule Builder.

- Introductions - Share the type of schedule used by your school
- Discussion of types of schedules/rotations
- Review of Schedule Building Prep
- Set up Super Deluxe Schedule Builder (Universal Spec Screen and menu items #1-4)
Session 2 - Master Schedule Building (Part 2)
This is the second of two sessions for our Master Schedule Building Training Workshop. We will start where we left off in Session 1 and make our way to the "final build" step.
Date: Thursday, March 27, 2025 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET)

- Introduce and learn to navigate the Super Deluxe Schedule Builder console (menu item #5 Build Schedule)
- Discuss strategies for building and how to use the Utility to Build
- Discover reports available in the Utility
- Learn how to finalize the final build and perform scheduling
- Learn the reports available in AdminPlus
- Learn to adjust individual student schedules in AdminPlus
